Jazz game

Last Saturday night, Jack and I were able to go see a Jazz game.  Thanks to Grandpa Hislop and some friends of his in the Jazz organization, Grandpa was able to get some free tickets to a game.  Jack and I drove down to Salt Lake and met Angie and Grandpa and Grandma.  We all went to see the new City Creek Center in downtown to do a little shopping and eat at the Cheesecake Factory.  After dinner we drove over to Energy Solutions Arena to meet Smitty, who is President of Basketball operations, and get a few pictures with some Jazz players.  Smitty gave Jack a Jazz basketball that he has able to get signed.  We sat down on the court for a little over an hour and watched a few guys shoot around.  Jack had never been to a Jazz game and he was pretty excited and a little nervous.  He said he was nervous to meet the players.  He hasn't been a real Jazz fan so far, but while we were sitting down on the court he said, "I like the Jazz now mom".  As soon as the game started though, and we were in our seats,  he started cheering for the Orlando Magic.  He was about the only one there cheering for Orlando but he stood up and cheered every time they scored.  Oh well, at least he had a good time.  It was a late game and Angie and I were tired and ready for bed.  Luckily we stayed overnight in Bountiful and drove home the next morning.  It was a pretty good game and we had a great time!
