We spent a week over the 4th of July on the coast of Oregon at Cannon Beach. The Stockdale's, who are friends of Clay's brother Brent, are nice enough to let us stay there. This time we went with Ali and Paul and their kids, and Brent. In the past when we have gone out, the weather has been pretty cold. This time we had really nice weather for the most part. We drove to Seaside a few times to ride carnival rides and watch fireworks on the beach, Astoria to climb the stairs in the column and go to Costco, and Tillamook for ice cream and cheese. On our drive to Tillamook we also stopped at a big sand hill that was on the beach. It was pretty windy that day but it was cool to see. The kids always love the beach. They were down there every morning right after breakfast. They loved climbing all over the rocks looking for star fish and sea creatures. All the cousins even got along for the most part. It was a good trip.
